Ankeny Family Vision Center has been hearing "rumors" outside the office that Dr. Hansen is retiring? This "rumor" is incorrect. Dr. Hansen is planning to give up the administration of the office by the end of the year so he can be what he has always dreamed of being - just a doctor!!! He will continue to see patients as he always has and be in the office the same days he always has!! I did hear that maybe he might occasionally take a few more days off than he has while being the "chief cook and bottle washer"! But that may be a "rumor" - ha ha!!
Dr. Hansen continues to see optometry as his life mission from the Lord and looks forward to meeting the eye health needs of our community!! He loves Ankeny and the people!!
So squelch those rumors when you hear them!!! Tell all that Dr. Hansen is still here and loving every minute of it!!!
